mental health matters

with all the lockdowns, isolations and quarantines there are more and more people struggeling with mental health issues. it's very important to keep yourself healthy not only physically but also mentally.

i made this print to raise money for the @147_schweiz helpline in switzerland. what they do: you can call, text or mail them 24/7. they try to find solutions for your problem with you. or if you just need someone to listen, they are here for you. it's for children, teenagers, young adults and parents. during these times there are a lot of people calling the helpline everyday. there's a link in my bio. check out their website to see what they all do.

it costs 18.- from that 15.- will be donated to the 147.
